Q: What makes Royal Party Princesses different than other companies?
A: I'm glad you asked! Royal Party Princesses has the lowest prices in the St. Louis area for the best deal. We also have the largest character selection in the St. Louis area. All of our performers are vocally trained and very talented. Our company is very flexible and our top priority is making sure your event is truly magical. We also believe in character integrity and only bringing the best characters to your front door! We are also the first and only character company in the area to offer carriage or limousine. These are sure to make your event a royal bash! We also serve both Missouri and Illinois.
Q: Do you have a traveling fee or traveling limit?
A: We will travel up to 30 minutes from our Columbia, Illinois office. Any further and a fee will be added depending on how far we have to travel and your package selection. Our travel fee is usually very small and well worth a magical experience with us!
Q: How would you describe your characters?
A: Our princesses are high energy, bubbly, great with kids and always smiling. They are very positive girls who enjoy their work and go through training to do it. They are all vocally trained and very talented. They are personable and at the same time professional. They are beautiful girls with beautiful voices and beautiful personalities. Our male staff is filled kind gentlemen who also are very talented at what they do. They are high energy! We have some male staff who play both princes and superheroes. All of the princes are vocally trained and will sing a duet with a princess if they are added to your package! They make a great addition to any party!
Q: What do I need to do for the character?
A: Nothing! Our characters come prepared for everything we offer. We bring our own portable sound system and supply all of our own games and activities. Just sit back, relax and enjoy the party!
Q: Scheduling, rescheduling and canceling events?
A: Sometimes our schedule can be very busy! We've had clients book months in advance to ensure our companies characters are at their event. We ask that you schedule at least a week in advance before your party to ensure your date, time and princess is reserved, however whenever we receive your down payment is when your date is locked in officially. It's never too early or too late to book! Please give us a 24 hour notice when rescheduling. Canceling requires a 24 hour notice, all down payments are nonrefundable.
Q: How do I pay?
A: A nonrefundable down payment of 25% must be received to guarantee your date. Our company can accept cash, check, money order and Paypal. Checks can be made out to Royal Party Princesses and sent to 418 North Main Street, Columbia, IL 62236, the same goes for cash and money order deposits. Paypal deposits can be sent to [email protected]. You can deposit as much as you'd like but the minimum is 25% of your final balance. The remainder of your balance must be paid before the entertainment takes place. The performers can only accept cash upon their arrival. If you would like to pay with credit or debit that must be done in person with a scheduled appointment. Please give the remaining balance to the performer before they go through the door. This is so we keep the magic alive with the kids and can move on to the fun! Tips are accepted and very much appreciated! Tipping our characters show them that they did a wonderful job at your event and you are happy with their services. No refunds.
Q: Do you just do birthday parties?
A: No, our company will perform at any event you have! You can also find us doing Day Care visits, hospital visits and business/company events. No matter what the event is, the Royal Party Princesses are sure to make it magical!
Q: I'm about to book my party, but what is Princess Time?
A: Princess Time is the time you would like your character(s) to arrive. We recommend this time to be around 30 minutes to an hour after the party begins, that way all of your guests have time to arrive and enjoy the magic!
